You would be hard pressed to find better realtors than Salvator and Emmanuel Xuereb. I was a first time buyer and they guided me from start to finish - explaining the many intricate and some times confusing components that come with obtaining a loan and purchasing a home. They have an entire team behind them that made the process easy and manageable. Emmanuel was incredibly responsive, patient, and understanding of the pressures that come with buying a home for the first time. As a buyer, you want someone that is doing everything they can to get the house of your dreams - Emmanuel has that drive. Salvator and his team were instrumental in selling my house. It started with our first pre-listing meeting. He came in and immediately started giving me excellent suggestions on making the house more marketable; such as staging and little touch ups. I realized the added value he was creating and decided to sign the listing immediately. Within days he had a marketing and open house plan in place and started executing. He listed the house and we were quickly in escrow at the exact price he had suggested. During the escrow, he guided me through the process. He took most of the stress of selling the house away. The property sold within the time frame he had indicated at the beginning of the transaction. Could not be happier with my choice of Salvator and the experience. Salvator and his brother Emmanuel (they work as a team) are flat-out extraordinary. The best decision my wife and I made when buying our home in Studio City was to bring them on as our agents. Let's be honest - in this age of Zillow, you don't particularly need an agent to help you find the right home. You can find what you want online, go to open houses, schedule visits, etc. The reason you ABSOLUTELY need an agent is the purchase process. It's ridiculously complex, time-consuming, confusing, and stressful. You're simultaneously dealing with the bank, the escrow company, the insurance company, scheduling 8+ inspections, making offers and counter offers, filling out mountains of paperwork, and much more. Salvator and Emmanuel handled 90% of this work themselves. It was incredible. They know the best inspectors and were present to monitor every inspection. They advised us on the results. They protected us from people charging too much, or offering unnecessary services. They kept me calm and explained everything to my wife and me with patience and intelligence. Take my word for it - not all real estate agents are the same. In Los Angeles, it seems like half of the agents out there are screenwriters who need a day job. Salvator and Emmanuel are total pros with many years' experience. Real estate is all they do, and they're amazing at it. They know the best strategies to purchasing a home, they know how to save you money, and they know how to keep things from falling apart (which often happens in the escrow process). And, to top it all off, they're genuinely good guys with a sense of humor. They take pride in their work, and are super-happy for you when you move into your new home.
