Mark joined Compass in July 2018 after spending 7 years at Apple. Those 7 years are what helped him find his passion: connecting technology with the end-user, and that is what he brought with him in the transition to Compass. As an Agent Experience Manager, Mark helps agents grow their business with internal support with programs, product training, and troubleshooting and finding creative solutions for agents and staff.
